This website is operated by Loading Bay Doors, a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company no. 16932889), part of the S&K Group.
- S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company no. 16703925), the holding company of the S&K Group, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website: enquiry forms, the guide price tool, live chat and analytics.
- S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company no. 16932889), which quotes for and carries out the work, is the data controller for the survey, quote, contract and invoice records it holds about you once your enquiry goes ahead.

What we collect and why

Who we share it with
- Engineers who carry out surveys and work for us. To arrange and carry out a survey, installation, repair or service visit, we share your name, contact details, site address and job details with the specialist installation and service engineers working under our management.
- Other S&K Group companies where they are involved in quoting, invoicing or delivering your job.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (form delivery), Tawk.to (live chat), Google (analytics, only with consent), Netlify (hosting) and our email provider.
We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you become a customer, job and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, to meet accounting and tax rules. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, ask for it to be erased, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for example by changing your cookie choice. To use your rights, email info@loadingbay-doors.co.uk.
