About Loading Bay Doors

What do we do?

We look after the whole loading bay: the door, the dock leveller, the shelter or seal, and the safety kit that controls how vehicles arrive and leave. We survey and design new bays, replace and upgrade old ones, convert ground-level doors into docks, and repair and service the equipment you already have.

How do we work?

• Survey first. For new installations, upgrades and conversions we visit, measure and check the pit, power, structure and trailer mix before recommending anything. The survey and written quote are free.
• Fixed written quotes. You receive the specification, the price and a proposed programme in writing.
• Managed installation. We plan and manage every job. Installation and repair work is carried out by specialist installation and service engineers working under our management.
• Repairs priced up front. Repair and service visits are chargeable, and the price is agreed in writing before anyone attends.

What we will not do

We do not publish invented reviews, claim accreditations we do not hold, or promise response times we cannot guarantee. Images on this site show the types of equipment we supply and are not records of particular jobs; we will add photos of our own completed work as projects finish.

Who will I contract with?

Loading Bay Doors is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, part of the S&K Group. Your contract and invoice will be with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd.
